Hey guys!! I can't believe 2017 is already almost over (for some of you, it already is!). This has been quite the busy year - if you can't tell from my 3-month hiatus from blogging. Yikes, sorry. Anyway, I'm back and ready to review this past year with you! It all started with my first chapter in 2017, Chapter One-Hundred-and-Seventeen , where I set my resolutions for this past year. I won't say how well I did on my resolutions per say, but the cool thing about resolutions is that we can continue to work on them year after year! Haha, especially my last resolution, which was " write more ". Haha, oops. In January, I came back to Lubbock and celebrated my 21st birthday with lots of friends. It was a night that I will certainly remember (for the most part). What more could a girl ask for other than loving friends, amazing roommates, and an awesome potluck? Happy September! The school year is in full swing now - we are brushing up on our third week. It's hard to believe that it's only the third week! In some ways, it feels like I've been in school forever, but that's probably because I started professional development early August. Then again, it also feels like I've hardly been in school because I'm consistently realizing how much more I have to learn! Before I continue with my blog, I do want to let you know that my ability to share information about my school experiences will be limited. It is vital to protect students' identities, and I can't risk sharing too much information on my public blog! That being said, I can share some funny stories here and there, but your glimpse into my classroom will be very limited. Hello America! As many of you know, I'm already back in the States, but I wanted to be sure to add a firm "bookend" to my month-long adventure in Spain! This post will be wrapping up my last moments in Spain, as well as some reflection about my time there. I would like to take a moment to thank you for putting up with my constant picture-taking, status-updating, and blogging.
